Albeit very slowly, Spring is here as evidenced by the flowering pink magnolia behind #17 green.

White willow trees are the first to leaf out in the spring and one of the last varieties to drop leaves in the fall.

2009 Masters

I had the opportunity to attend the 2009 Masters. What an experience! Television doesn't do this property justice as it is incapable of providing the depth dimension. Putts appear much straighter than they are and many approach shots are hit from downhill and sidehill lies.

The private jet flight down and back wasn't bad either!
